Nanosafety in Uncertain Times

This event focuses on California's passage of AB-289 and what this means for California organizations involved in the sale, manufacture, importing or exporting of carbon nanotubes. Organizations are invited to freely express their perspective on this legislation.

Nano-regulation expert John Monica, Jr, an attorney with Porter Write Morris & Arthur, LLP will keynote this forum. John has written many articles on the topic of nano regulation, including Nanotechnology Law, which was published by West/Thomson/Reuters in July 2009.
